Refund Policy

Due to international shopping and conditions, our return and exchange policy does not exist except in exceptional cases.

Customs paid at country entrances and exits and long-term processes cause loss of time and damage for our company and our customers. In case of wrong product, wrong size or defective product, the responsibility belongs to our company.

Our company is not responsible for issues such as product user error, dissatisfaction with the on product due to personal reasons or product/size selection, except for the cases specified. After the product is returned and our company received the products, the expenses such as commission and bank expenses of our company will be deducted from the amount and the product amount paid to the customer's account is refunded. We continue to work to provide you with the best service in international export conditions. Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item, contact us within 1 week so we can assess the issue and find a solution. Custom production goods and goods couldn't be delivered due to incomplete customs clearance cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
